It would not be possible to provide this service to the community without our dedicated group of volunteers.
The varied talents of our team of volunteers are a great asset.
There are many different roles people can perform for the organisation. Whether it’s interviewing clients, or more supportive roles such as maintaining the pantry, cleaning or working in the Op-Shop, we enjoy the opportunity to welcome new people.
Volunteer with Us
Ideally, we are seeking volunteers who are able to commit to 8 hours per month on our roster. We work on a monthly roster which is completed two months in advance so volunteers can plan and better organise their time.
Generally our volunteers are required between 8.30am and 12.30pm on either a Tuesday or Friday.
Below is a list of the various volunteer areas and roles that might be of interest to you. Full training and support is given for each volunteer role:
